The weather forecasters said we had a 100% chance of rain today. I believed them. Not sure what caused that sudden bit of faith from me, but there you we have it.
So, I delayed going out to do some yard work today. Around 10:00am with no rain in sight, I started to head out the door to cut down some weeds.
And it started raining.
Not wanting to cut down wet weeds with an electric trimmer in the rain, I opted to take pictures of the admittedly pretty weeds growing in our side yard from the relative dryness of our covered front patio.
